I am asking for pray for my sister in law. Her name is Carla. She was diagnosed with colon cancer coming close to two years ago. It has been a long process with surgery, chemo, clinical trials that did not work. Now she has extreme back pain to add to all that she is going through. I want to first start out giving God the praise and glory. I know that he led me to this site. I have been very sick for five months and it has been such an emotional rollorcoaster that i had given up on my belief that god heals and my faith was shattered. I have now renewed my trust and faith in my savior . I dont know where to start but i had a nomal life until this Jan 2011. I got married new years day and have to kids. I will say i had a stressful life with work kids and ex husband conflicts with my current husband. I went to the doctor on Jan 7 and was feeling a bit blah and tired. I had been taking celexa an antidepressant for about a yr and it was only 10 mg very low. my doc decided to increase it and i had very bad reaction to that. then I was told to stop it cold turkey. My problems begain there. i had severe withdrawels and my skin felt like it was on fire more and more symptoms came about. for months i felt like i was smothering which i did researxh and found that it can compress your breathing lungs and circulation. to make this stoey short things got so bad i have lost sensory. i cant feel when i need to go to the rest room im in bed 24 7 my mom moved in with us to take care of my kids they cry about this and i am living in a nightmare. i have lost all emotions cant laugh or even have a normal conservation unless its about my health. i did something major to my brain . i am having appt with a neurologist coming up next week. they tried to say it was depression and anxiety at first. now i have no short term memory. i dont know what day it is or cant keep up with time. i cant focus on anything. my whole family is torn apart. i need everyones prayers . i have renewed faith that god can heal my body and keep my kids and family from hurting. please pray that god heals my body and gives me strength to live another day. i live life minute by minute. its so hard but god will comfort me. you are referring to intercessory prayer which is why i started this blog. now i am not saying that prayer will make your daughter a believer, that is something she must choose, however you can pray that her eyes, and ears and heart are open to the Word of God. you can also pray that God puts people in her path that will be light and salt to help her learn about and accept Jesus.
