So to what or whom do we credit for Julius Randles transformation into an NBA All Star? Obviously Randle himself deserves most of the credit having put in the work. Many would also credit Kenny Payne, Thibs, Johnnie Bryant, and Mike Woodson. All are accurate assessments. But I would go as far to say that the presence of Marcus Morris last year may have prevented his ascension. Thoughts?

Ultimately, Randle put in the work, but I think Mook can def get some credit for the mentality
I'd agree with that too. Mook had a lasting impression on this team. We are playing this season with the identity he tried to bring last season.
