The rights granted in this Agreement are personal to you. You may not sublicense or assign this Agreement or any right or benefit granted under this Agreement. All rights and title in the Software remain (i) in Vendor, and, (ii) in perpetuity, solely with Vendor.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software and to access files or other information the Software creates solely for your personal use. Under this Agreement, you own the images you have created in the Software. In some jurisdictions, such as the United States, no title to any information or intellectual property rights is transferred to you.
