Update Complete : [item type=drivers id=29748] : 2006-03-02 17:36:16 GMT I always use manual updates because they are alot slower then auto updates (but sure can be useful if you don't have internet when trying to update). I just ran this and it updated all the drivers in one shot. Quite good!
There are no problems with the configuration other than I had to turn on the microphone on all 8 ports because of some mixed input audio drop out. I have no idea why it wouldn't turn on all 8 ports. I had to do it. As long as I turn off the one port that won't work when I start up and plug in my USB cams, it works flawlessly. Setup is easy. Make sure you backup the files before hand.
The legacy driver seems to be pretty inconsistent for people. It absolutely did NOT work with my system. I'm running Windows Home 64-bit with a TI-chipset (I also tried other chipsets). Ultimately, the satellite just wasn't consistently compatible with my system. It would drop the connection for any number of reasons no matter which driver I was using. Buyer beware if you're using Win 7. d2c66b5586
